The hours and days for this Bakery Supervisor position are:
Sunday, Monday, Tuesday 0400-1230 & Thursday 0400-1030
In this role assisting the department manager with their responsibilities, you could expect to be:
● Ensuring a great level of service for our bakery customers
● Overseeing the production and quality of our products
● Having sole charge of the Bakery in the absence of the department manager
● Championing Occupational Health and Safety and Food Safety practices to ensure a safe working environment for customers, staff and contractors
In our next Bakery Supervisor we are looking for:
● Previous baking experience
● A willingness for early starts and to work on your feet for most of your shift
● A strong customer focus and excellent communication skills
● A passion for creativity and keen eye for detail
● The ability to work under pressure and to tight time frames
