SalaryEarlyrise Baking Co are looking for full-time permanent Baking Team Member (Bakery Worker)'s to join our team! Reporting to the Department Supervisors and 2IC's, you will assist in the preparation, manufacturing, baking, packaging, distribution, cleaning and disposal of all products to company standards. You will do this by using your attention to ensure that regional communities continue to receive the freshest bakery products daily.

ABOUT THE ROLE
In your role as a Baking Team Member (Bakery Worker), you will actively assist in ensuring regional communities continue to receive the freshest bakery products daily.
- Read and interpret recipes, measure ingredients and record information.
- Safely and efficiently operate all bakery equipment to maximise efficiency and quality of product.
- Ensure all packaged products are labelled correctly before being distributed for sale.
- Ensure the efficient distribution of all products manufactured within the production department.
- Ensure all customer orders are packed, counted and distributed correctly and if required delivered within customer time requirements.
- Assist with the correct disposal of Earlyrise Baking Co products.
- Clean allocated areas and equipment according to the specified cleaning schedule.
- Previous experience with bakery products or have worked within a bakery or food manufacturing business - preferred but not essential.
- Strong attention to detail and pride in producing the highest quality bakery products.
- Ability to work as part as a diverse team and achieve result together.
- Exhibit a good work ethic and hold good time-management skills to ensure tasks are completed in a timely manner.
- Flexibility to work a seven (7) day rotating roster and be available mornings and weekends with the ability to work public holidays.
- Pay Range between $53,900 - 65,000 p.a. (depending on experience) + Superannuation

Under the Temporary Skilled Migration Income Threshold (TSMIT) a minimum salary starting from $ 53,900 as per award rates and shift allowances and commiserate with experience.
