Compliance Manager to join our team. The Performance, Risk, and Quality Manager is responsible for risk, compliance, and quality management to ensure contract performance is managed and that work activities are conducted in accordance with the Policy and Procedures Manual, the Operator's standards and relevant guidelines and policies.
Responsibilities:What you'll doThe role has a broad remit, with key responsibilities outlined below:
- Development, implementation, and ongoing review of the Quality Assurance Plan, including the formulation of a structured quality audit regime.
- Proactively drive preventative measures and continuous improvement.
- Maintain continuing awareness of outcomes of quality and efficiency improvement activities by attending client and/or department meetings and/or referring to quality improvement reports and minutes.
- Manage the data provision within the contract to assist with reporting and decision making.
- Manage Operating Term Documentation for the contract including the annual review process.
- Actively seeking ways to improve work efficiency and identify areas where opportunities for business improvements can be realised
Qualifications:What you'll bring- At least five years' experience in managing performance and compliance in a complex facility management contract, preferably within a healthcare or PPP environment.
- Analysis, managing data, and risk and quality management.
- Demonstrated analytical and project experience within a collaborative working environment, monitoring the required outcomes against a performance based.
- Analysing improvement opportunities and developing sound, commercially based business cases.
- Developing and managing risk interventions.
