THE ROLE
We are currently seeking Leading Hands and Supervisors to join our Balance Machine team.
As part of our Leadership personnel, you will lead a team of trade and non-trade personnel undertaking planned maintenance, shutdown and project works on fixed plant mining equipment, including but not limited to:
Stackers and Reclaimers
Maintenance and replacements on long travel drive/cassettes
Bucket replacements
Bucket wheel and drive module replacements
Slew bearing replacements
ABOUT YOU
To be considered you will hold the following:
Minimum of 2 years leadership experience in Shutdown as Leading Hand or Supervisor
Relevant Trade Certificate - Boilermakers & Fitters OR
High Risk Work Licence – RA or RI
Lancing experience is desirable

Rio, FMG, Roy Hill, BHP, Newmont, or Goldfield’s inductions are desirable but not essential
