Wilson Security are looking for Security Officers in Bendigo!
Working at a reputable bank, Monday-Friday you will act a Static/Customer Service Officer and ensure general safety of the public amongst other responsibilities.
You must thrive when it comes to providing exceptional customer service and you will be resilient and patient as you deal with issues daily. Importantly, you will be well presented and you MUST have excellent communication skills.
The position function includes:
* Ensuring safety of the general public inside the bank
* General foot patrols and ensuring alarms are responded to quickly.
* Dealing with issues and conflict professionally in a timely manner
* Customer service security
General ad hoc security duties
Role requirements:
* Victorian Security License
* Current valid Driver's license
* Current First Aid qualification
* Computer literate in MS Office and associated programs
* Excellent interpersonal and verbal/written communication skills
* Strong multitasking ability
* Strong customer service skills and resilience to work within a fast-paced environment
