SalaryOur leading financial client is looking for Bank Tellers across locations in NSW!
Our client is currently seeking dedicated individuals to join their team as Casual Bank Tellers. As a casual team member, you will have the opportunity to work part-time and provide exceptional service to customers while performing a range of banking transactions.
Location: Dubbo, Tweed Heads, Cowra and Tweed Heads.
Job Type: Casual/part-time
Hourly rate: $34.58 - $42.26 (dependent on experience)
Contract details: Initial 12-month contract with the possibility of extension/perm
Key Responsibilities:
- Process various banking transactions accurately and efficiently, including deposits, withdrawals, transfers, and payments.
- Assist customers with their inquiries, provide information on bank products and services, and recommend appropriate solutions to meet their needs.
- Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer service, ensuring all interactions are conducted with courtesy and empathy.
- Adhere to banking regulations, policies, and security procedures to safeguard customer information and prevent fraud.
- Collaborate with team members and supervisors to achieve branch objectives and ensure smooth operations.
- Previous experience in banking, customer service, or a related field is advantageous but not essential.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with customers and colleagues.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in handling financial transactions.
- Ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment and work efficiently under pressure.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with banking software/systems are desirable.
- Must be flexible and available to work as needed, including weekends and holidays.
