Banking and Finance Lawyer, Melbourne

Our Client, a leading international law firm, is looking to hire an experienced Banking Lawyer with 2 – 5 years of PAE.
The finance group advises across all areas of banking law. Clients include global and domestic financial institutions, investment houses, financial advisors and regulators.
The role will involve advising on complex finance matters including restructuring and insolvency including the acquisition and disposal of distressed debt and assets; cross-border structured finance transactions; acquisition and leveraged finance, private equity financing; securitisation and derivatives; corporate and property finance and debt capital markets.
You will be a top-calibre lawyer with attention to detail and solid finance experience from a leading Australian or International law firm.
