The Opportunity
As the Human Resources Officer, reporting to the Human Resources Manager, you will partner with key stakeholders and managers to deliver generalist HR advice, support and services to our Mount Pleasant Operation, based in Muswellbrook NSW.
About The Role
The primary functions of this role will see you:
Provide HR administrative support in relation to all matters pertaining to entire employee lifecycle including remuneration, employee engagement, policies, procedures, learning and development, employee relations and performance management.
- Manage employment records and monthly reporting.
Support conflict resolution, disciplinary procedures, disputes and investigations
- Support the wider NSW HR team in the delivery of all aspects of HR and IR activities for the Project
- Support in the development, implementation and maintenance of effective people strategies and initiatives
- Support and collaborate community, diversity and inclusion initiatives for the Project
- Work closely with and provide administrative support to the Human Resources Manager as required
- Promote a values-based approach to HR at the Project.

About You
We are ideally seeking candidates with the following:
Human Resources formal learning and or looking to undertake
- Human resources experience in a mining or heavy industry environment - desirable but not essential
