As a Banking Consultant, your role is to provide our customers with a seamless branch experience by meeting each customer's end-to-end banking needs across transaction activities, needs-based conversations and educating them on digital solutions. You will be part of a collaborative team and will act as a role model and peer coach to deliver the best possible customer experience.

You will be passionate about delivering on our Customer Promises to ensure customers leave the branch as strong advocates of ANZ.

Role Location: Stockland Rockhampton, 74-331 Yaamba Rd, Norman Gardens QLD 4701

Role Type: Permanent, Part Time

Schedule:

Monday: 08:30 AM - 04:30 PM (30 minute break) = 7.50 hours
Tuesday: 08:30 AM - 01:45 PM = 5.25 hours
Wednesday: 08:30 AM - 04:30 PM (30 minute break) = 7.50 hours
Thursday: 08:30 AM - 01:30 PM = 5.00 hours
Friday: 08:30 AM - 04:30 PM (30 minute break) = 7.50 hours
Saturday: Not Rostered
Sunday: Not Rostered
Total Weekly Rostered Hours: 32.75 hours
