Key Responsibilities:
Assist customers with account inquiries, transactions, and problem resolution.
Comfort and reassure customers affected by scams.
Provide accurate information on banking products and services.
Empower customers with knowledge to outsmart scammers.
Proactively identify and recommend solutions to meet customer needs.
Ensure compliance with banking regulations and policies.
About you
A passion for high quality Customer Service with a positive attitude.
Experience in a finance or banking role is desirable but not essential
Experience in a customer facing role such as retail or call centre environment
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong problem-solving abilities.
Basic computer proficiency.
