This role will require working in a high-volume environment which is busy and fast paced.
Your daily tasks will include:
- Taking inbound phone calls in a Call Centre environment – supporting the internal employees with tech related queries
- Training provided (3 week programme)
- Hours – 8 hour shifts 7am – 7pm (flexibility with the shifts)
- Office based work – 5 days a week
You have prior experience within Customer Service or processing role with a strong customer focus and a sense of urgency to meet customer expectations in short time frames.
- Even better if you have Banking/Finance experience in a Call Centre/contact centre environment
- Interested in technology and tech savvy
- Friendly/engaging personality
- Would be interested in a long term career in tech
- Strong communication skills - both written and oral
- Great attention to detail
- The ability to work well under pressure and with high volumes of workload
