Do Work that Matters
As a Customer Service Representative within our contact centre, you'll be the friendly voice our customers hear when the contact us. You will assist customers manage their day-to-day banking across a range of products and empathetically provide extra care to customers facing challenges meeting financial commitments. You will work across a diverse breadth of enquiries, including:
- Concierge and welcome calls
- Missed payments and early-intervention collections
- Simple Customer Service enquiries

Hours and training
- Available to start training on 15 July 2024
- Available to work a minimum 15 hours per week, split over 3 shifts
- Available to work a shift on every Monday and Friday
- Available to work from the Hobart office, 188 Collins Street, at least once a fortnight
- Outside of this, we'll do our best to accommodate your work preferences & availability
- Training will commence from the start date with all new starters undergoing mandatory training, for 4 weeks on Wednesday, Thursday and Friday, 9.00am - 2.00pm
- Please note, we cannot provide any time off during the training period
- Throughout your training you will be fully supported with dedicated leadership and a progressive learning model. As you master your role, you'll have the opportunity to learn new skills, and progress in your career
