What will I be doing on a day to day basis?

This role will require working in a high-volume environment which is busy and fast paced.

Your daily tasks will include:

  • Taking inbound phone calls in a Call Centre environment – supporting the internal employees with tech related queries
  • Training provided (3 week programme)
  • Hours – 8 hour shifts 7am – 7pm (flexibility with the shifts)
  • Office based work – 5 days a week
What skills/experience do you need?

You have prior experience within Customer Service or processing role with a strong customer focus and a sense of urgency to meet customer expectations in short time frames.
  • Even better if you have Banking/Finance experience in a Call Centre/contact centre environment 
  • Interested in technology and tech savvy
  • Friendly/engaging personality
  • Would be interested in a long term career in tech
  • Strong communication skills - both written and oral 
  • Great attention to detail 
  • The ability to work well under pressure and with high volumes of workload
