About the role
We are on the lookout for a friendly, passionate and motivated Banquets & Meetings Team Leader in our Food & Beverage Team!
As a Banquets & Meetings Team Leader, you are an enthusiastic leader with strong communication and organisational abilities who can lead and inspire a team of Food & Beverage superstars.

About You
- Extensive knowledge and experience in/of conference, meeting and wedding operations is required.
- Exceptional customer service and communication skills
- A current and up-to-date RSA qualification
- Professional manner and grooming.
- Adaptable to the fast paced and dynamic hotel industry.
- Flexibility and can work 7 day rotating roster including Public Holidays.
- Ability to work across different service periods.
- The ability to train and lead a team.
- A positive & enthusiastic attitude with the ability to multi task and make decisions on the run.
- Previous experience in a similar role.
