Your role
As the leader of our F&B banquet team, you'll report directly to the Director of Food and Beverage.
Your primary focus will be hands-on leadership, ensuring flawless execution of all event and banquet operations, spanning conferences, functions, meetings, weddings, and gala dinners, to deliver a seamless luxury experience for our guests.
This role is dynamic and interconnected with all hotel departments, requiring your exceptional presentation, dedication to exceptional service, strong business acumen, and effective management of a diverse event operations department for success.
What We're Looking For:
- At least 2 years of leadership experience in banquet operations, event management, conferencing, and wedding operations.
- Proven expertise and relevant skills in all aspects of F&B service delivery.
- Experience in managing high-profile functions and events in a luxury setting.
- Exceptional mentorship and leadership abilities to foster the growth and development of your team.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills to deliver high-standard service to our guests.
- Must meet legal requirements to live and work in Australia.
