The Red Lion Hotel is currently taking on applications for a Bar and Restaurant Supervisor.
The Role
Reporting to our Managers, as Bar and Restaurant Supervisor, your role will be to lead & supervise our large team of food & drink attendants through our high volume services.
Your day to day will involve communicating & directing the team during service, answering customer enquiries, cash handling, complaint resolution, hosting, liaising with the kitchen and ensuring a smooth service.
Experience working as a Floor Supervisor/Manager in high volume or fast paced Bar and Restaurants will be essential in hitting the ground running. This is a fantastic role for Supervisors who lead from the front and love being on the floor and assisting the team.
