The role
Responsible for organisation of travel arrangements for nursing staff
- Responsibility for organisation of travel arrangements for nursing staff
- Responsible for contract commencement details for nursing staff
- All aspects of long-term property management including but not limited to selecting sustainable tenancies close to the relevant hospital, liaising with real estate agents and our nurse tenants
- Coordination of cleaners, trades persons, utilities and ensuring caretakers duties are attended to
- Work with internal team members to ensure all aspects of nurse travel experience are delivered to the highest standard
- Responsibility for after-hours assistance on a rotating basis
- Maintaining high customer satisfaction levels and ensuring that client needs are dealt with in an effective and timely manner
- Managing customer feedback with a solution provider focus
- Various administrative duties as required
