We are seeking a passionate and talented Restaurant Supervisor to join our iconic seafood restaurant located on the Redcliffe Peninsula.
Previous supervisor experience is required.
Skills & Experience
- A minimum of 5 years experience as a senior wait person in a restaurant environment
- Full wine service knowledge
- Bar service knowledge
- Ability to lead a team
- Customer focus and passion to create an exceptional dining experience
- Exceptional presentation and communication skills
- Problem solving and decision making skills
- Excellent attention to detail
- Ability to work individually & in a team environment
