Leap into the heart of Darwin's hospitality and entertainment scene as a member of our prestigious Hospitality Group, as we gear up to launch Darwin's newest crown jewel of entertainment at the iconic 72-76 Mitchell Street, The Cinema Collective.

Grounded in celebrating the culture of Darwin and the nostalgia of Top End hospitality, the venue will be a destination for locals and visitors alike, to sample an array of cuisines, beverages, and entertainment offerings.  This will be Darwin CBD’s largest single hospitality and entertainment venue, boasting a dazzling ensemble of bars, function spaces and leisure opportunities.  

We are seeking passionate and dedicated individuals to fill the following positions:

Duty Managers (Full Time)

Salary: Competitive, based on experience

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily operations and ensure exceptional customer service
  • Manage staff schedules and training
  • Handle customer complaints and ensure satisfaction
  • Maintain high standards of cleanliness and safety

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a management role
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Flexible availability, including nights and weekends

Supervisors (Full-time/Part-time)

Salary: award rate

Responsibilities:

  • Assist the Duty Manager in daily operations
  • Supervise staff and ensure adherence to company policies
  • Support staff training and development
  • Ensure a clean, safe, and welcoming environment

Requirements:

  • Previous supervisory experience preferred
  • Strong organizational and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
  • A passion for delivering excellent customer service

Bar Staff(Casual)

Salary: Competitive, based on experience

Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and serve drinks to customers in a timely manner
  • Maintain a clean and organized bar area
  • Monitor inventory and restock supplies as needed
  • Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations

Requirements:

  • Prior bartending experience required
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills
  • Ability to handle a busy bar environment
  • Flexible availability, including nights and weekends
