AddressOscar Italia in Varsity Lakes, part of the Varsity Collective, is looking for a great barTender Plus to join our team.
Working varied shifts beteenTuesday and Saturday nights you will be responsible for pouring from our beer and wine selections as well as mixing our classic/retro/cool and original cocktails.
We don't just want a bartender, we want someone who can engage with the customer whilst giving them our signature Oscar/Brooklyn experience.
When we are busy you may need to turn your hand at running food from the pass to help our amazing FOH staff or assist at our amazing restaurant The Brooklyn Wine and Tapas for functions/busy nights which is directly opposite.
If you have experience under your belt, aren't afraid to role up your sleeves to get the job done and have a passion for mixing and pouring with added flexibility, we'd love to hear from you for an immediate start at above award rates.
