Cocktail Bar Tender

candidate requirements - experience, skills & attributes
- at least 1 year experience as a Cocktail Bar Tender in a high volume, faced paced environment (desired)
- knowledge in cocktails & beverage production
- adaptable & able to multi task
- effective time management skills, strong work ethic & a ‘can do’ attitude
- an aptitude for suggestive selling to enhance guest experience
- great personal presentation & excellent communication
- can be available to work evenings, weekends & public holidays
- RSA certificate

role responsibilities
- prepare equipment, stations & stock for service
- prepare cocktails & other beverages to a high standard
- provide an exception level of service for our guests
- general on shift cleaning, set up / pack down duties
- attention to detail in everything you do
