Position: Barista / All-Rounder
Location: Forrest Specialty Coffee, shop 95/ 18 Benjamin Way, Belconnen, act
Working Hours: At least 4 days a week.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Prepare and serve coffee and other beverages to our high-quality standards. Basic latte art is preferable.
2. Provide excellent customer service by engaging with customers and ensuring their needs are met.
3. Assist with food preparation, including making sandwiches, salads, and pastries.
4. Handle cash transactions and maintain a clean and organized workspace.
5. Support team members in various tasks to ensure smooth daily operations.
Requirements:
1. Previous experience in a similar role is highly preferred.
2. Barista skills and knowledge of coffee brewing methods.
3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
A positive attitude and a strong commitment to customer satisfaction.
Availability on weekends (Saturday and Sunday) and flexibility to work other days as needed.
