Your New Role
We are looking for a Customer Service extraordinaire, reporting to the Head of Supply and working with a close knit team of two, you will take pride in delivering exceptional service throughout the customer lifecycle whilst supporting the wider sales team with administrative tasks when needed.
Your Day to Day
- Be first point of contact for all customer enquiries & field sales teams via phone and email and respond to all requests within SLA guidelines.
- End to end order and data management – including processing customer and internal orders, returns, order tracking and following up when required and ensuring successful fulfilment.
- Assist with all enquires relating to product and services.
- Systems super user. Gatekeeper to perfect record keeping, updating and maintaining customer records within ERP system (NetSuite experience highly desirable)
- Investigate any customer complaints relating to product, order fulfilment and any other issues and provide win win solutions
- Raise any return authorisations, organise collections and complete all system maintenance.
- Provide sales administration support to wider sales team
- Troubleshoot delivery issues for B2B and B2C website orders
- Assist in any general administration requirements as needed
You will enjoy this role if you have
- 2+ years experience in a Customer Service role handling inbound and outbound calls & emails
- Excellent computer literacy skills including MS Office and ERP software (ideally NetSuite)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong accuracy skills
- Ability to multi-task and work autonomously
- Strong problem solving skills
- A genuine interest for all things clean and kind haircare
