Role Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and passionate Barista's to join our dynamic team. This role is perfect for someone who has a deep love for coffee, thrives in a hospitality setting, and delivers outstanding customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve a variety of coffee drinks with excellence and precision.
- Engage customers, providing them with a memorable experience and detailed knowledge of our coffee offerings.
- Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the coffee station and related areas.
- Contribute to inventory management and ensure the quality of coffee supplies.
- Participate in ongoing training and development in coffee trends and brewing techniques.
Ideal Candidate:
- Has a minimum of 2 years of experience as a Barista in a high-paced café.
- Possesses a profound passion for coffee and a desire to continuously learn and grow in the coffee industry.
- Exhibits excellent customer service skills, with a customer-focused attitude.
- Demonstrates the ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team.
- Shows strong communication skills and the ability to engage with customers and team members alike.
- Is flexible with work hours, including weekends and holidays, as required.
