What's the Opportunity?
As a BDM, you will report directly to the Sales & Marketing Manager. Your primary role will involve spearheading our sales initiatives, managing and expanding our current accounts, and elevating our presence within the Specialty Coffee market. Your responsibilities will include:
- Account Management: Foster the retention and growth of existing accounts through superior customer service, developing trust-based relationships, and identifying opportunities for business expansion.
- Coffee Training: Enhance the coffee business of our hospitality clients by delivering top-tier skill development, aligning with our brand promise as coffee specialists.
