Zarraffa's Coffee Beaudesert have positions available for a Barista, Barista in Training and Supervisor to join their enthusiastic team.

Barista and Barista in Training responsibilities will include:

• Amazing Customer Service
• Making Coffee
• Cleaning and other duties as directed

Supervisor responsibilities may also include the below tasks:

• Reconcile till
• Supervise fellow staff
• Stock control
• Responding to customer feedback
• Food assembly responsibilities
• Responsible for open & closing of store

As a Supervisor you are expected to be highly professional, dynamic, organised, motivated and take "ownership" of successful stores. You should be disciplined and prepared to lead a hard working team by example, in a very fast paced work environment.  You must be capable of following through with staff development, be proactive in store marketing, have excellent communication skills and be responsible for the growth of the store. Full training and support will be provided and you will be reporting to the Manager/Franchisees.

The positions are casual offering, a seven day flexibility is required, including weekends, early morning opens and late-night closes.
