We are looking for a great barista to lead our coffee team at a venue in Melbourne north west suburbs.

We currently have an exciting opportunity available for an experienced Barista to support our outstanding Hospitality Operations Team for one of our leading Corporate Clients.

If you are committed to delivering outstanding coffee, self-motivated, enjoy working in a team environment that supports each other to exceed our clients’ expectations and enjoy interacting with people, then we want to hear from you. Ultimately, it’s your attitude that’s most important to us as well as your flexibility and availability to work well within a small team. Willing to help team prepare cold food items and help team clean café at end of the day. Hours 7am – 3pm.
About you - your Responsibilities, Skills, and Experience
- You know how to create excellent client experiences
- You want to have positive interactions with all clients to support our brand values
- You have a team player mentality and can easily multitask, food presentation skills and wiliness to help team clean café at end of shift.
- You are flexible, deal easily with change and cope well under pressure
- You’re willing to take direction and are open to learn new skills
- You’re open and honest in the way you communicate and pride yourself on your integrity
- You’re a coffee champion with excellent Barista skills.
- Prepared to jump in and assist in other areas of catering as the need arises.
