Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and serve high-quality coffee and other beverages.
Provide exceptional customer service as the initial point of contact for guests.
Assist in daily café operations to ensure a smooth and efficient experience.
Maintain knowledge of menu items and drink preparation techniques.
Ensure cleanliness of the coffee station and adherence to health and safety regulations.
Handle customer inquiries and contribute to resolving any service issues.
Support inventory management by reporting needs and assisting with orders.
Requirements:
Proven experience (at least 2 years) as a Barista with solid coffee-making skills.
Passion for the café industry and excellence in customer service.
Ability to work efficiently under pressure.
Strong communication skills and a team-oriented mindset.
Flexibility to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays.
Eagerness to learn and grow within the café environment.
Previous experience in a café or restaurant setting is beneficial.
