Position: Bartenders
Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve beverages with precision and efficiency
- Engage with guests, offering recommendations and ensuring their satisfaction
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the bar area
- Adhere to safety and sanitation guidelines
Requirements:
- Prior experience as a bartender preferred
- Extensive knowledge of beverage offerings and mixology techniques
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Position: Wait Staff
Responsibilities:
- Provide attentive and friendly service to guests
- Take orders accurately and efficiently
- Ensure tables are set and maintained to the highest standards
- Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure timely delivery of orders
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a restaurant or cafe setting is an asset
- Excellent interpersonal skills and a positive attitude
- Ability to multitask and prioritise in a busy environment
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new procedures
Position: Assistant Supervisors
Responsibilities:
- Assist in overseeing daily operations of the cafe
- Train and mentor team members to uphold quality standards
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve any issues promptly
- Collaborate with management to implement improvements and initiatives
Requirements:
- Proven experience in a leadership or supervisory role
- Strong leadership and decision-making skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
