As the Bar Manager, you will be responsible for creating and overseeing bar operations and procedures, developing innovative and delicious cocktails, and providing exceptional service to our guests.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and curate a unique bar program that complements our French Alfresco aesthetic and menu
- Create innovative and exciting cocktail recipes that incorporate elements of Bistro Mosman’s menu
- Train and supervise the bar staff, ensuring they deliver exceptional service and maintain a high level of product knowledge.
- Manage inventory, stock control, and ordering of beverages, ensuring proper levels of stock are maintained at all times.
- Develop and implement cost control measures to maximize profitability without compromising quality.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Collaborate with the restaurant management team to create seasonal menus and coordinate beverage pairings.
- Build and maintain relationships with suppliers and distributors to ensure the availability of high-quality ingredients and products.
- Provide exceptional customer service, engage with guests, and address any concerns or feedback promptly and professionally.
Requirements:
- 2 experience as a Bar Manager or Senior Bartender in a high-volume restaurant or bar setting.
- Extensive knowledge of mixology, cocktail creation, and bar management techniques.
- Proven ability to create unique and innovative cocktail recipes
- Ability to work under pressure and in a fast-paced environment
- Previous experience in COGS and understanding of GP requirements
- Must be prepared to work nights
