Evolve Scientific, a leading scientific recruitment agency within the NES Fircroft group, is seeking a talented Business Development Manager to play a pivotal role in expanding our market presence and driving revenue growth across QLD. 

Your Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities, forge strategic partnerships, and drive revenue growth through client acquisition and retention strategies.
  • Market Analysis and Strategy: Conduct market research to identify emerging trends, competitor analysis, and opportunities for growth. Develop and implement comprehensive business development plans aligned with company objectives.
  • Client Relationship Management: Cultivate strong relationships with key clients, understanding their needs, and delivering tailored solutions to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Collaborate with internal teams to align business development initiatives with operational strategies, ensuring seamless execution and delivery of services.
  • Sales Performance Tracking: Implement effective sales tracking mechanisms, analyze performance metrics, and provide regular reports to management to assess progress against targets and identify areas for improvement.
What You Bring:
  • Proven Track Record: Demonstrated success in driving business development initiatives and achieving sales targets, preferably within the scientific or recruitment industry.
  • Strategic Vision: Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills, with the ability to translate market insights into actionable business strategies.
  • Excellent Communication: Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to effectively engage with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams.
  • Negotiation Skills: Proficient negotiation skills to secure profitable deals and contracts, while maintaining strong client relationships.
  • Adaptability: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, adapt to changing market dynamics, and capitalize on new opportunities.
  • Bachelor’s Degree: Minimum of a bachelor's degree in Sciences!
