Key Responsibilities:
As the Sales Business Development Manager, you will report directly to the Managing Director, driving growth and expanding our client base. Your role will involve:

  • Developing and executing strategies for new business development.
  • Meeting and exceeding sales targets to drive revenue growth.
  • Cultivating strong relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and retention.
  • Managing your own sales targets to optimise profitability.
  • Meeting with client and establishing business relationships.
Skills and Experience:
  • Proven track record in sales within the freight forwarding or logistics industry.
  • Demonstrated success in driving new business development and securing key accounts.
  • Experience in account management and operations with a deep understanding of industry practices.
  • Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to build rapport with clients and team members.
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently while thriving in a collaborative team environment.
  • Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy in all facets of the role.
