ABOUT THE ROLE

A rare opportunity has now become available for a National Account Executive to join our Prestige team at Revlon. Reporting directly to the National Account Manager, you will provide operational and administrative support to optimise sales and revenue opportunities across the Elizabeth Arden and Revlon portfolios. This is a pivotal role within the business acting as a key contact, working cross functionally and collaboratively with the field team and cross functions including Marketing, Education, Supply Chain, Finance and Customer Service as well as our retail partners.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Account Management Support: Assist the National Account Manager in managing customers to achieve and exceed KPIs, including retail sales targets and net sales budgets.
  • Tool Development: Contribute to creating new account management tools and processes for E-Retail customers, such as a consolidated retail sales report and an order tracker.
  • Retailer Relationship Management: Build and manage collaborative relationships with retailer roles like Demand Planners and Assistant Buyers to drive and maximize sales.
  • Retailer Requests Management: Handle retailers' requests, including updating new line forms, buy sheets, product sample send-outs, and new account set-ups.
  • Meeting Support: Assist with all requirements for retailer meetings, including scheduling strategy meetings and attending as needed.
  • Field Team Support: Prepare and update sales targets files, consolidate commissions, manage BC salary subsidies, update the BC database, and coordinate training events and sales conferences.
  • Sales Reporting and Administrative Support: Provide regular sales reports for Department Stores and E-Retail, create and maintain Purchase Orders (POs), Movement of Stock (MGRs), Table of Authority (TOAs), Market Development Funds (MDF) events, and support the Prestige Sales team with vendor creation.
  • Order Management and Tracking: Communicate order and assortment updates with retailers, manage customer orders, track invoiced sales, ensure timely and forecasted order delivery, and ensure NPDs and Promotional items are ordered per the forecast plan and stock allocation.

ABOUT YOU

KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS REQUIRED: 

Technical Skills 

  • 3 years’ experience in related field and/or role (previous experience working with Myer or David Jones ideal but not essential)
  • Background/experience in the Prestige, FMCG or Beauty background a plus
  • Microsoft Office expertise, particularly Excel (at an intermediate to advanced level)
  • Experience with SAP suite
  • Strong analytical & numeric skills
  • High level time-management skills and capable of communicating with multiple stakeholders both internal and external
  • Ability to quickly learn and understand our business, category, and competitive landscape, with a desirable interest in the beauty category

  • Good networking, influencing, presentation, and communication skills
