About the Role
We are seeking a Business Development Manager - Specialty Gases - WA, NT & SA. This role will be working closely with the Field Sales Manager to grow the market share in the region.
Duties & Responsibilities

• Live “Yes We Can” within all facets of the business
• Embody and promote the “Safety starts with me” mantra
• Demonstrate “Safety”, “Think”, “React”, “Sell”, “Succeed” in situations you come across in your role
• Monthly reporting of activities
• Achieve KPI Targets
• Being pro-active in recognising customer needs.
• Market Awareness at all times to represent Supagas in a positive and professional manner
• Forward planning for growth and continuous improvement
• Drive profitable growth within your field

Skills & Experience

• A minimum of 3 years directly related experience, preference for University Degree qualification in Engineering or Sciences
• Strong background in Business Development
• Has strong communication skills
• Proven ability to identify, introduce and grow new business opportunities
• Demonstrate an in-depth knowledge of the internal business processes and compliance/quality issues
• Effective communication skills and necessary self-confidence to create a strong impression
• Understand and focus on client needs, continuously strive for client satisfaction
• Meeting deadlines
• Effective planning and organising skills
• Demonstrate passion to achieve and/or exceed targets at all times
