ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY
We are currently seeking Beauty Advisors with a passion for skincare products, to join our Sales team at Melbourne International Airport. You will be working in a fast-paced, customer centric environment with a friendly and diverse team.
You will have the opportunity to represent prestigious beauty brand Kiehl's.
YOUR DUTIES WILL INCLUDE
- Engage customers with a friendly and approachable manner
- Provide a high level of customer service
- Promote benefits of products to generate sales and achieve set KPI’s
ABOUT YOU
- Previous retail/sales experience in beauty, fragrance, or cosmetics
- Strong product knowledge in the luxury beauty space
- Excellent communication skills
- Professional and vibrant personality
- The ability to speak a second language will be highly regarded

HOURS
- Full time position – 76 hours fortnightly
- Fixed term - 1 year contract
- 2 week rotating roster
- Availability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and public holidays.
It is essential to have your own form of reliable transport due to the early/late hours of work.
To work with Lotte Duty Free, you must hold a current Australian or International Passport. Please note that all Lotte Duty Free employees are required to have Customs and Police Clearance process.
