The role:
- We are on the lookout for driven and entrepreneurial Beauty Advisors to join our Mt Gravatt team. As an ambassador for L’Occitane, this role works as part of a team to achieve sales and business goals and deliver consistent and memorable customer experience every time.
Some key responsibilities include:
- Provide exceptional customer service on the retail floor to achieve KPIs
- Practice a high standard of hygiene and tidiness both in the spa and the retail floor
This is a casual position where you will need to have flexible availability, including working on weekends.
Skills/Prerequisites:
- You have diploma in beauty therapy
- You have at least 2 years retail experience, ideally in skincare and beauty.
- You have at least 1 year experience in conducting beauty treatments & proven upselling skills.
- You are a team player, professional and results driven.
- You deliver exceptional customer experience - every time.
- You are respectful, positive, energetic and enthusiastic
