Your new company is a supply chain company seeking a Service Coordinator to join their team on a 6-month contract.
Your new role
Your new role as Service Coordinator will be responsible for duties not limited to:
- Scheduling field technicians for onsite work
- Administrative support to service colleagues
- Spare parts selection and ordering
- Answering after service sales calls
- Preparation of quotes for various repair works and spare parts
- Followup of open work orders
What you'll need to succeed
- Experience working in a similar role will be highly regarded
- Experience using systems such as SAP and MS Office
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Previous experience in a service industry would be advantageous
