The Role
Join equ as a Production Manager and lead the charge in optimising our resource schedule while ensuring seamless workflow throughout the agency. You’ll be at the forefront of managing retainer tasks and small projects, guiding our Service Desk Coordinator to deliver exceptional service across our valued client base.
This role will be most-suited to someone with Digital Project Management, Digital Production / Traffic Management experience, or a very technical, detail-orientated Account Manager.
Your key responsibilities include but are not limited too:
Production Management
- Accountable for the agency resource schedule - ensuring our team of PM’s and Account Managers have their worked planned in, and any gaps are identified and filled promptly.
- Utilise reports and dashboards to monitor and optimise the flow of work through the agency.
- Provide high-quality reporting and dashboards to the wider business
- Become an expert in Agency Operational platforms - Productive and Jira
- Support our Account Management team in building backlogs of future tasks and projects to four retained clients.
Project Management
- Responsible for managing small projects, from initial briefing through to completion, with effective management.
- Capture high-quality requirements from clients, enabling tasks and projects to be estimated effectively.
- Manage retainer tickets - mainly large/complex tasks, while overseeing the Service Desk Coordinator in moving through small-medium tasks.
- Ensure all tasks managed are profitable, including accurate estimation and scope management.
- Delivery of complex tickets on time, on budget, and to equ’s expected quality standards;
- A tertiary qualification in a relevant discipline is preferred.
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in a comparable role
Skills You’ll Possess:
- Exceptional written and verbal communication
- Excellent time-management and organisational skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to work well under pressure, with many competing priorities
- Exceptional relationship-building abilities
- Experience using Jira is preferred
- Experience using Productive is desirable but not a prerequisite.
- Previous Digital Agency experience is preferred but not a prerequisite.
