Skills and experience
- Superior selling skills with demonstrated experience in the beauty or retail sales industry
- Experience working with KPIs
- Ability to build strong relationships with clients and your team
- Appreciation and knowledge of luxury retail
- Able to multi-task in a dynamic environment
- Highly developed interpersonal & communication skills
- Ability to work both autonomously and in a team environment dependent on task
- Impeccable grooming and professional presentation
- Must be punctual, flexible, passionate, dedicated, and attentive to details
- This role is required to work weekends and public holidays.
