We have an opportunity for an enthusiastic and highly motivated individual to manage the Sisley Paris business as Counter manager David Jones BOURKE ST
To be successful you will must have:
- A proven track record within the cosmetics/retail industry in department stores, ideally as a Counter manager
- A pro-active approach with sales and customers
- Strong skincare and make up skills
Some of the key qualities you possess are:
- Experience in Department store beauty is essential
- Ability to support the team to achieve growth and ranking objectives
- Highly motivated and passionate about sales
- Strong customer recruitment skills
- Results driven - ability to work to and achieve sales targets
- Ability to inspire the team and lead by example
- A passion for beauty and the desire to deliver excellent customer service
- Able to work autonomously and collaboratively with other team members
- Strong communication and reporting skills
- Initiative and flexibility in executing daily business activities
- Beauty therapist or makeup artist experience desired although not essential
Must be able to work minimum 35 Hours per week and alternating weekends as per David Jones rostering principles
