Exciting new opportunity for a Counter Manager to join our David Jones Chadstone Counter Team!

About the Role
Nestled in the Fashion Capital of Chadstone, we are currently looking for an individual who loves to consult and connect with our diverse client base to inspire and guide them throughout their skincare journey. Our counter enjoys a bustling environment, where the atmosphere is fast-paced and lively.
As the Ultra Counter Manager, you play an integral role in setting the standard for your team. You are responsible for providing clients with the highest level of customer service and skin education, conducting high quality facial treatments as well as meeting KPIs and sales targets whilst being up to date with the newest products and changes in the industry. You will also be responsible for overseeing the team rostering and mentoring your Beauty Therapists, amongst other day-to-day duties.
We are looking for someone who can work autonomously, is highly self-motivated and has experience, preferably in a department store environment.

Key Responsibilities:
- Perform in depth skin consultations and provide client advice on Ultraceuticals products and treatments.
- Perform Ultraceuticals facial treatments.
- Take clients through 90 day skin journeys, achieving real visible results.
- Organise and facilitate instore events.
- Manage day to day counter operations.
- Drive individual and store sales and services targets.
- Provides ongoing training and coaching to broader team across product knowledge, sales and facial treatments.
Our Ideal Counter Manager
- Previous Counter Manager experience is essential.
- Strong track records in achieving sales targets and meeting and exceeding KPIs.
- Exceptional customer service ability.
- Positive attitude, driven and self-motivated, with a passion to achieve sales targets.
- Ability to commit to a set fortnightly rotating roster.
- Experience and understanding of cosmeceutical grade products and treatments would be advantageous
Please Note: A Beauty Therapist Certificate IV or Diploma qualification is required for this position as professional recommendations and beauty room treatments are key points of difference for Ultraceuticals. As part of the recruitment process, you will need to provide documentation of your qualification in order to progress
