About the Role:
Using a range of quality Australian products, Spa Lucca offer a complete wellness experience.
Remedial and relaxation massage modalities combined with Body therapies including Himalayan body scrubs, LED therapy and facials sit amongst the luxurious menu offerings. Trained in-house by our dedicated spa trainers, expand your skill set in hot stone or perhaps Lomi Lomi techniques.
We are currently seeking a suitably qualified, passionate and experienced therapist to provide a quality, personal, warm and friendly service. Key responsibilities will include:
- Live and breathe exceptional customer service standards. You know your clients by their first name and you take pleasure in going above and beyond to ensure they have everything they need
- Understand products and their ingredients and confidently recommend and prescribe these to your clients
- Calming the busy minds of our clients via relaxation massage techniques to restore balance
- Understand the importance of immaculate grooming and presentation in your work environment
This is a casual position, offering an average of 20 hours per week and requires availability to work across a 7-day roster. Room to increase hours in the coming months leading into the busy season.
Desired Qualifications: Certificate IV in Massage Therapy and/or Beauty Therapy, First Aid and CPR.
Diploma of Remedial Massage is also advantageous but not essential.
Please be aware that all new employees to the Wests Group must complete an online Criminal Check prior to starting (Costs covered by Wests).
