We offer a range of services including personal coaching and wellness classes across a variety of modalities; whilst a dedicated management and front-of-house team pride themselves on providing the level of service our premium clientele have come to expect.
About the Role:
We are looking for the right passionate, motivated and committed person to take on the Full-Time role of Club Manager. The ideal candidate will be enthusiastic about health, fitness and wellbeing on a holistic level along with being experienced in management, sales and multitasking within a varied and dynamic management and administrative workload.
This position requires an autonomous, diligent and resilient - solution focused person. You will be responsible for the daily running of the club as well as the long-term growth of the business.
Task will include but not limited to;
- Managing and overseeing the Front of House team to ensure daily tasks are completed and exceptional customer service is given to our members and guests.
- Oversee membership sales retention and engagement.
- Marketing and promoting through multiple social media platforms including but not limited to Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, Google Ads.
- Oversee up to 3 personal trainers which includes, payment, bookings and cancellations of clients.
- Financial and account management of the club including overseeing and running the direct debit and customer account payments.
- Work alongside the management team to ensure we continue to provide an exceptional and unique service to our members and guests.
- Ensure the positive club culture and ethos continues to be reflected daily throughout the club
- Rostering
- Outreach and community engagement
- Customer service resolution
- Promoting the Brighton Baths Health Club image and brand in the local community

Key Qualifications/ Experience
- Former management and sales experience required.
- Currently working with Children Check.
- First Aid / Pool Lifeguard qualified or willing to complete.
