About The Role
Beerfarm's Beertender (aka Bartender) is responsible for creating an exceptional experience for Beerfarm guests by providing friendly, attentive and timely service. The role is also responsible for supporting the operations team in the effective running of the bar areas and maintaining outstanding presentation of the venue.
About You
To be the perfect addition to the Beerfarm team, you will have at least 6 months experience in medium sized, high volume casual pubs or venues where you have successfully delivered epic guest service. You’ll also:
- Have excellent beer and food knowledge and hold a current RSA;
- Be an charasmatic person with a natural ability to influence and communicate across a wide variety of people;
- Demonstrate a flexible approach yet be highly organised in your operational style.

Beerfarm is predominantly a daytime venue with only one evening service per week which provides excellent work life balance to our team.
