ROLE: Provide services and support in collaboration with key stakeholders | Evaluate, plan and deliver psychosocial services to NDIS participants to help them achieve their NDIS goals.

APPLICANTS: Bachelor of Psychology | Social Work | Rehabilitation counselling | Social Sciences or related Health | Disability Studies. You will need demonstrated ability to conduct comprehensive Behaviour Assessments and design, implement and evaluate Behaviour Support Plans.
