Key Responsibilities:

Conduct comprehensive functional behaviour assessments (FBAs) to identify the underlying functions of behaviour.
Develop and implement individualized behaviour support plans (BSPs) based on the principles of PBS
Provide direct behavioural intervention services, including skill acquisition training, behaviour reduction strategies, and crisis management.
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, including caregivers, educators, clinicians, and other stakeholders, to ensure coordinated care and support.
Collect and analyze data to evaluate the effectiveness of interventions and make data-driven decisions.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree or higher in psychology, special education, or related field.
Minimum 1 year of experience working as a behavioural practitioner in conducting FBAs, developing BSPs, and implementing interventions.
Strong knowledge of assessment tools and evidence-based interventions.
Excellent communication, high level of resilience, confidence, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team in diverse settings.
Willing to travel to and from the office and clients house
Client Engagement Hours expected between 5.5 - 6.5**
