Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive functional behaviour assessments (FBAs) to identify the underlying functions of behaviour.
  • Develop and implement individualized behaviour support plans (BSPs) based on the principles of PBS
  • Provide direct behavioural intervention services, including skill acquisition training, behaviour reduction strategies, and crisis management.
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, including caregivers, educators, clinicians, and other stakeholders, to ensure coordinated care and support.
  • Collect and analyze data to evaluate the effectiveness of interventions and make data-driven decisions.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or higher in psychology, special education, or related field.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience working as a behavioural practitioner in conducting FBAs, developing BSPs, and implementing interventions.
  • Strong knowledge of assessment tools and evidence-based interventions.
  • Excellent communication, high level of resilience, confidence, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team in diverse settings.
  • Willing to travel to and from the office and clients house
  • Client Engagement Hours expected between 5.5 - 6.5**
