Flexible location: Some expected travel to Ballarat and Gippsland, can be based in Metro Melbourne with the ability to travel. About the Role: We're currently seeking a passionate and dedicated Behaviour Support Practitioner to join our team and make a positive impact in the lives of our customers. In this role you’ll work directly with the customer, their families, their support teams, and other relevant stakeholders to improve the customers overall quality of life. Develop, train, implement and review individualised Behaviour Support Plans. Apply the evidence-based practice Positive Behaviour Support (PBS) to promote the wellbeing and independence of our customers. Play a key role in fostering positive relationships between internal and external stakeholders. Receive supervision (individual, peer, and group), individualised professional development planning, and supervision for professional development under the PBS Capability Framework.
