In this role you’ll work directly with the customer, their families, their support teams, and other relevant stakeholders to improve the customers overall quality of life. Develop, train, implement and review individualised Behaviour Support Plans. Apply the evidence-based practice Positive Behaviour Support (PBS) to promote the wellbeing and independence of our customers. Play a key role in fostering positive relationships between internal and external stakeholders.
