Support people with complex mental health challenges to reach their potential
Conduct functional assessments, develop and update Behaviour Support plans, coach teams
Values based organisation, WFH and on location, circa $90-115k p.a
At ermha365 we provide Behaviour Support and clinical services to NDIS participants with complex disability &/or mental health challenges that present with a range of diagnoses and behaviours. We create and review plans to reduce the severity and frequency of these behaviours to enhance the lives of the people we support.
