You are
- A Positive Behaviour Support Practitioner
- At least a Core level Practitioner with a minimum one year clinical experience
- Confident in carrying out assessments and developing Behaviour Support Plans and Functional Behaviour Assessments.
- Confident in being able to interpret and apply legislation into every day practice.
- Have a good understanding of the Restrictive Practice Principles.
- Be able to adapt your approach to meet the needs of our clients and their support systems.
- Great at involving stakeholders in therapy delivery
- An excellent communicator
- Great at working transdisciplinary
- Confident in, and keen on using software
- Creative in the way you deliver services
- Tech Savvy (screen time is resource not a problem)
