- Supervisory Role: Oversee and support the development of Core and Proficient Behaviour Support Practitioners.
- Leadership: Lead by example in the delivery of high-quality Behaviour Support services.
- Team Leadership: Supervise and mentor a team of Behaviour Support Practitioners, fostering professional growth and excellence.
- Strategic Development: Implement and refine Behaviour Support strategies and plans, ensuring alignment with best practices and compliance with NDIS regulations.
- Quality Management: Oversee the delivery of services, ensuring they meet the highest standards of care and effectiveness.
- Qualifications: A tertiary degree in Psychology, Social Work, or a related allied health field.
- Experience: Proven experience in supervising and mentoring Behaviour Support Practitioners.
- Certifications: Eligibility as an NDIS Commission-approved Advanced Practitioner, with necessary checks (NDIS Worker Screening, Working with Children Check).
